Long time never update because i don't know what to write. No idea what to write.
But never mind, let it start now....
Yesterday i went for Muay Thai training At Hilltop...it was a tough training..my friend call Shao Wen also the one who pull mi in trained me.
He like to compare his and mine skipping. i feel he a bit of brainless..hahaha..because he had been training for almost 4 years and he is the Fighter of the gym and who am i, a rookie compare to him??
But it is good as he push me to my limit. But i injure my legs, toes and hand as we run up and down the hill, doing fist push-up and skipping.
But i heard the sifu always say" No Pain, No gain". So i always use this sentence to remind myself. I must gain something at the end of the lesson.
Yesterday, its my 1st ever time to kick the pad...i kick until my feet bleed. This pad is dam hard. No matter if you're the one holding the pad or kicking the pad, either way u will also injure yourself. I thought that kick the pad was easy until i kick, i then realise that it is dam tough. We always see thing in a easy and shallow way until one day we really go and try it , it is another story begin.
Tomorrow is The Hilltop Muay Thai Gym grand opening. Sifu tell us to reach there early to help out if possible.
I heard there is big time coming down... so i look forward to it...
